The Tanzania Scholars Volunteer Foundation (TSV FOUNDATION) conducted a professional visit to the Tanzania Institute of Education (TIE) with the aim of gaining in-depth understanding of the improved education curriculum, ranging from pre-primary education to higher education level.
The training session was led by the Acting Director of the Tanzania Institute of Education, Mr. Moses Ziota.

The Chairperson of the organization, Teacher Juma Hamisi, began by presenting the history and functions of the organization to the Acting Director of the Tanzania Institute of Education, Mr. Moses Ziota, as well as the entire team of trainers.

During the visit, participants had an opportunity to understand key improvements made in the curriculum, new teaching and learning methodologies, as well as the best approaches to equip students with skills that match the demands of the modern world.
Furthermore, the trainers from the Institute made a significant contribution to the training by effectively presenting the improved curriculum document as well as the new education policy, which enhanced a broader understanding among all participants.
We highly appreciate the significant contribution of the Tanzania Institute of Education in providing knowledge and experience that enables us to understand our role as scholars in improving the education sector in the country.
